Bethany and Michael’s vineyard wedding near Adelaide
Bethany and Michael had a white-themed wedding in January at the beautiful Yalumba winery in the little town of Angaston in the Barossa Valley – one of the big wine regions of South Australia. An hour away from Adelaide, family and friends gathered for an unforgettable day.
South Australian summers are known for their heatwaves – the thermometer also happened to pass the 40°C mark already at noon on this Saturday. First I accompanied Michael and his groomsmen during while getting ready before I joined Bethany and her besties at their place. Afterwards we went over to the Yalumba vineyard whose owners only host a few exclusive weddings every year.
Bethany is the owner of a flower shop (Viva Flower Store) in Angaston and usually supplies many couples with floral decorations for their big day herself. Hence it was no surprise that her colleagues provided a stunning decoration: bride and groom said yes under a tree tunnel in front of a stunning wall of white flowers. The ceremony was followed by a champagne reception in the gardens before dinner was served on the private terrace under the stars.
Thank you Bethany & Michael for letting me be a part of your day.
