Couple photos by the water

Okay, I admit: these engagement photos were taken in South Australia. The place with giant and often very remote beaches. Of course this is a bit unfair now because not every couple can quickly fly down to these epic spots. And Berlin unfortunately doesn’t offer sunsets quiet like the Indian Oceans… but who cares? But also Berlin offers a surprising amount of spots for engagement photos at the beach (and Brandenburg even more.)

Great places for a relaxed engagement shooting near the water in Berlin are for instance: Plötzensee, “Airport Lake”, Lake Tegel in Berlin-Wedding, Reinickendorf and Tegel, the river Spree in the center of Berlin and Friedrichshain. This is where you also find Rummelsburg Bay (also called: Lake Rummelsburg). Between Kreuzberg and Neukölln is Landwehr Canal with the famous Maybachufer. At certain times many of these spots are very crowded but of course I’d be happy to find quiet moments during the day with you.

Either way, Berlin doesn’t at all lack possibilities for engagement photos near the water.
